Toronto is lovely, we were there a few weeks back - can highly recommend the v posh bar in the Fairmont Royal York hotel opposite the train station!

It's like finding a brand new pair of your old favourite trainers. Takes a while to get used to them again, but feel nicely familiar.
The old ones are definitely very smelly and falling to bits.
