Nah, never owned an electric can opener. I don't eat enough canned food to clutter up the kitchen counter with one.

What if certain Supreme Court Justices, as well as Senators, Representatives, federal agency heads, along with assorted billionaires are on the list, and Epstein's partner, Trump, has been shaking the government folks down for silence and favorable actions; and the billionaires for large donations?

Lose the hammer and sickle. Russia hasn't been communist for over 35 years. It's run by kleptocratic fascist oligarchs, just like we are.

Epstein's properties were heavily wired for sound and video. That's why large sums of money flowed to Russian banks and why whatever Trump does benefits Putin, instead of Americans.

Epstein was in up to his ears in foreign intelligence services, giving kompromat to Russian and Israeli intelligence. Ghislaine Maxwell's dad was involved in British and Israeli intelligence. The pedo ring was just the bait to get compromising information on powerful people.

It passed with veto-proof majorities in both houses. I don't think his signature is required.

That's not what it says. It says that any of them can be impeached, as well. It's an important difference.

If you are within 115 miles (100 nautical miles) of any of the rivers drawn in blue here, you are "on the coast" as far as USCBP is concerned.

Yes, Wichita KS is a coastal city, by this definition.

Definition may include navigable waterways connecting with the coast. As far as a ship can come up the river. That adds a lot of territory.

Wishing you quick healing. Here in Florida, it's the busy season for festivals, (I'm involved in some Celtic, music and folk culture non-profits) so I'm putting off cataract surgery until this summer so I can lay around in the A/C until I'm recovered, when nobody in Florida does anything outdoors.

It's a colonial pattern. The Australian settlers did the same with Aboriginal children. There's a great movie called "Rabbit-proof Fence" based on a true story about some children that ran away from one of the schools and followed the fence for hundreds of miles to find their way home.

My sis-in-law in Los Angeles is Latina. My nephew ran his DNA in Ancestry. The part from his mom's side (not my brother's Scots-Irish/French Canadian/Scandinavian background) had much more indigenous American DNA than Iberian.

Exactly. Most Mexicans with Hispanic surnames are ethnic First Nations people who lost their language and their culture due to the mission systems that forced them to convert to Catholicism at the point of a sword. Hardly any have more than a trace of European DNA.

Why would they hold him accountable when they were complicit in the insurrection? Who gave the insurrectionists tours of the Capitol, insured that certain doors were unlocked, and hamstrung the Capitol Police ahead of time?
