Everyone gets paid a normal salary. Drug researchers, teachers, cops, software devs, ditch diggers. CEOs are paid a normal salary if you accept a certain definition for normal. If you can figure out how to cure cancer while sitting at home on your residential wi-fi, then we can eliminate Big Pharma.
