Best thing you can do is to network with people. AI or no AI, it’s really hard to get anywhere just submitting resumes.

Tip if you don’t know it, you need to have AI enhance your resume. Write it yourself but then let AI tweak it for you. The AI bots vetting resumes will pick up on it better. Still helps to be able to have a connection or make a connection with someone at places of interest to move things forward.

gone through the same. Pushing & them resisting. It took me a few years to understand going out of their comfort zone creates more stress as you age. A little chaos and confusion is just that. They know it’s an adventure just not a ride they want to take anymore & that’s ok. still push, but lightly.
