Considering DOGE aren’t auditors, and the budgets they review are Congressional approved are they saying the GOP purposely put waste and fraud in the budget and approved it. What criteria do they use to classify waste and fraud? No one was charged with fraud? Why has Fed govt spent $200 billion more
