Sorry to be so negative, I'm not trying to be ☹️

I am not trying to be whiny/dramatic, but it's honestly the only outlet I have. This year has been terribly disappointing, and I feel like a failure. Still no job, and people treat/abandoned me like a leper. This stupid story is the only thing I have to offer, even if just to show myself "I tried".

It's all an allegory for anxiety and depression, which I have struggled with for most of my life, and try to hide a lot. (which probably explains why I have been hiding that in my own story!)

I REALLY have not been doing a good job communicating what it's really about. Like, it's not just another "man has superpowers" story, that is like a footnoten tbh.. Yet here I am after all these years, just showing stuff like, "Hehe what kind of hijinks can Austin get himself into!"
