I get that. But can’t get away from the fact that the engines are made by a different company and often airlines can choose the engine manufacturer they want to use. Eg GE or RR to name a couple.

Agreed. But with anything mechanical the worst can always happen and in this case it’s well contained and there are well drilled procedures to deal with an engine fire on take off.

The cowling is still intact and no parts have come apart explosively from the engine. Fire, yes. Explosion, no.
