getFollows + getFollowers, intersect the sets, create a list of facets that all go over the exact same range, send.
realistically bsky's appview shouldnt allow for overlapping facets imo and just pick the first one.

i forgor to change the byteEnd to 0 to make the little blue link go away in the end there oopsies. anyways someone should fix this.
