Challah at ya boy! Felt the need to try some braiding, so made a couple of loaves and a few hamburger buns. Delicious!

Okay so I know I have to post about things other than #croissants, but I think this #homebaker nailed it with this batch. Used 25% Golden Wheat Flour to make them healthy!

Wow! That #croissant class really taught me a lot. Check out these ham and cheese ones. I made this dough from start to finish at home.
