South Koreans' reaction to martial law rumours is a testament to their faith in democracy. Seeing a nation stand firm against echoes of its authoritarian past has restored my hope in what people can protect when united.

Yes!
If you’re afraid that books might change someone’s thinking, you’re not afraid of books, you’re afraid of thinking.

The real-time reporting of South Korea today was far easier to follow along on Bluesky than X. It’s these moments that define these platforms. Bluesky really does have the juice.

Got a day of housework ahead, and I'm grateful for it. There's something grounding about folding laundry, scrubbing floors, and letting the mind wander. Mundane tasks, but they anchor the soul. #Gratitude #MindfulMoments

Life’s a messy blend of teaching, healing, and deep breaths. Balancing personal boundaries while supporting others through theirs—each day a lesson. We’re all walking it together.

Not everything is pathological. Feeling sad doesn't mean you're depressed.Needing space doesn't make you avoidant.
Having doubts doesn't mean you're broken. We're human. We experience. We feel.
Let's resist the urge to label every shadow.Sometimes it's just life, unfolding. #TherapyReflections
