there is change happening that i can’t talk about, and i knew this was a possibility. i assume the reason is due to my outspoken nature, critical feedback, and lack of “brand friendly” consistency; but again, i have no way to know.

Be kind, but not nice. Nice rolls over for bullies. Nice lets injustice pass in exchange for false peace. Kindness can be fierce. Kindness is defending the vulnerable. Kindness is fighting for justice even when it doesn't benefit you directly. "Nice" is empty platitudes. Be kind, not nice.
