The whole scene takes place in seemingly a sewer, however every element is washed out. A plant extruding from the left side, a dog sleeping next to a streetlight, one of the figures fading, almost echoing out of frame. Each aspect of the piece contributes to a washed out, nocturnal feeling; a very dark atmosphere consumes every corner.
