You've got it wrong, israel are not targeting civilians,they are targeting hamas,whom btw still hold a load of Israeli hostages. Unfortunately, civilian casualties are going to happen,this wont end until hamas release all the hostages,you know the ones that hamas took on oct 7th, that include 1/2
