I don’t know that I’d call most men monsters. There *are* degrees of misogyny. A lot of men are clueless products of a culture that devalues women and permits abuse. Men I love have thought bodily comments were no big deal…

2) didn’t pat me on the head and tell me I was overreacting or an experience outlier. Even though support’s often more about making themselves feel better, I’ll take it because it’s a start and provides better modeling for others.
