The program i use for sound editing is Movavi, since it's so lightweight, and does what i need it to do.

The biggest thing to take away is it's not how many sounds you have, it's how you use it. There's so many way to mix sounds together, you'll practically have near infinite sound effects.

A lot of fart and scat sounds taken from various porn sources like this vid. I use audacity to harvest the sounds.

The slimy and squelchy noises are blood and gore sound, and slime sound effects
