I'm actually solo this Thanksgiving, but I got all day football and I cook everything I love for a Thanksgiving feast for one.
I have a big freezer...
My son's going to his girlfriend's home.
I'm so proud he has a life!

I gotta tell ya, every time I bring my stuffing to a gathering people rave over it.
It has plenty of spices with the sausage, bread stuffing etc.
I cook the giblets for a treat for my dog.
I could never stomach the gizzards.
My dad loved anything liver...
It's not the taste it's the texture...yuck!
