I’m all about employing seniors if they want/need employment. Saying that, I also know there are things they probably shouldn’t do. Like driving, fast food involves quick thinking. I mean, it’s in the name. Fast food.

I’ve been in the kitchen a little this Christmas season. Wanting to bake more and to I got things to do it with. One isn’t baking, but it is coating with white chocolate!!!

I am not a chocolate person. I’m not. It’s just not a favorable taste on my pallet. If it’s the only thing available and I want sweet, I’ll choke it down. I’m not going out of my way to get it though. White chocolate…tiny bit of a different story.

Deep fried some chicken tonight. I think it looked amazing and it tasted great. Tommy thought it tasted like flour but there was seasoning in it.

I did some BMI calculations today. At 195, I’m still considered obese. So I put it 175. Even at that weight, I’m considered overweight. I’m not considered a healthy weight until I get down to at least 158 lbs. That’s three pounds more than I was when I graduated high school.
