For those who think states should be allowed to this, the court taking this case is GOOD news. The fifth circuit said states can’t do this and thus Scotus was asked to reverse.
Heads up: The Supreme Court has agreed to decide whether federal law prohibits states from counting ballots that arrive after Election Day.
