so, workers came to replace our heat/air unit, they shut a cat up in our duct work. he was trapped for 4 hours. so fucking thankful for our neighbors & the main boss who came out tonight to get him out safely 😭😭😭 he's traumatized & ran off. I hope he comes back & is okay. I'm so upset
