If you care about superheroes this is as good as it gets. For #Daredevil this is better and more important than most runs I hear about. Throw guardian devil in the trash and make room for this.

It's also important to note this run frames Kingpin as a Trump like figure...

We see Daredevil take down the Kingpin yes, but we also see a new framing of his relationship to justice and the law. The law is a tool. He knows how to use it, weaponize it here. That's how he wins. How he claims his life back and his standing.

Last Rights is the single greatest reset of a superhero I've ever seen.

Also the most needed. Johns received endless praise for bringing back Hal Jordan with a hat trick. Matt Murdock here isn't just reset. All the pain all the time adds together. His relationships matter and grow from what was..

He's one of the greatest Daredevil writers of all time.

In a handful of issues he makes sense of most of the mess Noceti left behind and makes good on a promise of a story Miller set up and never paid off.
