This talk was incredible! As someone struggling for all the reasons noted, despite my boss saying they see me and my struggles, this talk felt more connected and personal than that. I appreciate the vulnerability and time you spent with us!

I had a small crash out last night and I thought it was work related (missed an internal deadline I set myself) but on introspection realized it was that every time I opened Reddit or Instagram, some new horror was front and center.
Balancing "in the know" and "not losing my mind" is impossible.

Future me from 2050 just came back in time to regrettably inform me that I'm still arguing about "the fold" with people on my team. This was what pushed me into retirement.
