Not accurate. Pre-Trump posts are being archived, not deleted.

So all you TDS sufferers here can now work to spin that into some kind of conspiracy!

SPIN AWAY‼️

I challenge you to provide independently verifiable evidence of any of your claims.

You will ignore this challenge because you can't do that‼️

@scalzi.com writes great books, and this is one of his best!

Too bad he is an incurable TDS sufferer.

Old Man's war series is pretty good too.

The Great American... Traitor‼️

The auto companies were sold a bill of EV "green" hoax by the Biden administration, and now they and their shareholders are suffering for it.

Just more proof of how badly Biden screwed America.

And at last count, there are 80 million of us available.

I'm sure MAGA has some excellent skiers who can do what you do - and way better.

If you dare to speak out against America on the world stage:

I pray you lose badly.

Have I made myself clear?

Representing the greatest country on earth is a privilege few are fortunate enough to experience.

If you cannot do that with pride and love, do not go.

Your position can easily be filled by a person who genuinely loves and supports the United States.

Do not accept travel to exotic lands.

Do not wear the uniform.

Do not stand on the podium.

Do not accept the medals.

Do not disgrace us.

And do not do press conferences just so you can bash America.

All federal law enforcement officers are bound by oath to arrest both.
January 13, 2026 at 8:48 PM
Federal officers, including ICE agents, take an oath which includes this:

"I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic..."

👉Alien invaders here illegally are foreign enemies.
👉Citizens violating 18 USC 111 are domestic enemies.
January 13, 2026 at 8:48 PM
That is a strong indication of a corrupt federal prosecutor office.

Best they are gone.
January 13, 2026 at 8:41 PM
If you don't live in America you are irrelevant. You are blocked.
January 13, 2026 at 8:37 PM
In practice, this has been applied to scenarios like blocking ICE vehicles during arrests or physically obstructing agents, which could overlap with "impeding traffic" if it hinders federal operations.
January 13, 2026 at 8:34 PM
The "forcibly" element typically requires some level of physical force or threat, not just passive resistance or verbal protest.
January 13, 2026 at 8:34 PM
This statute makes it a crime to "forcibly assault, resist, oppose, impede, intimidate, or interfere" with federal officers (including ICE) while they are performing their roles.
January 13, 2026 at 8:34 PM
Allow me to clarify your grossly misleading statement.

ICE agents do not enforce state and local laws - period.

However, ICE agents can arrest individuals—including U.S. citizens—for forcibly interfering with their official duties under federal law, specifically 18 U.S.C. § 111.
January 13, 2026 at 8:34 PM
So sad that crap like this is all you have to brag about.🤣
January 13, 2026 at 8:23 PM
But then your delusions are many as you get paid to pretend.
January 13, 2026 at 8:19 PM
WHAT???

Do you think all the alien invaders are going to come to ICE?

If Good had stayed parked or on the sidewalk she would have been with her kid today.

But then you would not have this drum to beat.
January 12, 2026 at 9:56 PM
Further, No, a state National Guard cannot take precedence over ICE (U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement) agents operating under 18 U.S.C. § 111.

As long as protesters are here legally and remain on the sidewalk they will not be arrested or harmed. If they are impeding ICE, ?????
January 12, 2026 at 9:45 PM
Please explain what crime an ICE agent acting under and in compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 111 is committing a crime?

As a lawyer, I assume that you know that there are no local or state laws that supersede (i.e., override or take precedence over) 18 U.S.C. § 111.
