It’s not that you don’t know what you want.
It’s that you keep acting like you’ll get infinite time to make it perfect before starting.

Nothing you poured your heart into was wasted.
It was XP: skills, insights, loot.

Don’t stay in "World 1" because you collected coins there.
Take the learnings and bring them to your next stage.

INFPs over-explain when we care.

We're not trying to impress you or overwhelm you.

We want to show you the recipe.

We want you to see how the pieces connect so you can understand it the way we do.

Hot tip: You’re allowed to sit with your feelings before you explain them to anyone.

When an INFP commits to something, it stops being a project.
It becomes a piece of their Soul.

Which is why walking away doesn’t feel like quitting.
It feels like erasing and invalidating a past version of yourself.

Me after a slightly weird interaction:
“Time to reassess my entire identity.”

I've been thinking a lot about how I spent time in the past.

Instead of focusing thoughts on “Was this a waste?”

I do my best to ask “What did this prepare me for?”

There's always a lesson to learn.

Can’t make a decision?

Rank the thing you're trying to decide on (or several things you want to determine which is best) 1-5 for each of the categories:
• Motivation
• Outcome (impact)
• Values (alignment)
• Ease

Do the highest ranking one and move on with your life :P

You have a cast of characters inside you.

If you’re struggling with something, ask yourself, “What role am I playing?”

And "What role could I play in order to get what I want more easily?"

Most people think they need to wait until they feel inspired.

I believe inspiration is a reward for starting.

The moment you start moving is the moment you feel inspired to keep moving.

Someone being inconvenienced doesn’t mean you violated a moral code.
It usually just means… life happened.
Give yourself a break.

And you are capable of so much more than you believe.

It's just a matter of learning how to use your personality type in a way that ACTUALLY benefits you.

Maya Angelou said “You can't use up creativity. The more you use, the more you have.”

Have you ever had creative block or thought "I just can't think of anything to say"?

Literally just pick a random object and ask "how does this connect to (the topic)?"

Endless idea fodder.

Brain: “They seemed annoyed.”
Me: “Okay.”
Brain: “So you’re a bad person.”
Me: “That escalated quickly.”

Best thing I've learned?

Emotional calisthenics.

Choose how you want to feel in any moment so that it serves you for your ultimate endgame goals in life.

If you're blaming yourself for not being consistent, I want you to check: are you really not being consistent or are simply not doing things you're passionate about?

A client said she didn't want to write because “I can’t write the whole thing today.”
Cool. Don’t.
Just write 1 sentence.
Set a 5-minute timer.
Do the smallest possible version of the thing.
Make it easy. Embarrassingly doable.
This isn’t about finishing.
It’s about going from 0 to 1. Just start.

Anyone play(ed) Cyberpunk 2077?

I really doubt I'll actually make time to play it as much as I want, but I can't get the idea of it out of my head.

We didn’t hit 100 members in December.

We were at 75… now 74.

That kind of sucked.

What's worse is I only posted about EVOLVE 2x… and the 1st time the sales page link wasn’t even working.

So was the problem “the offer”?
No.

Lack of effort.

New rule: Don't call it a goal if not acting on it.

INFPs don’t hesitate because we’re indecisive.

We hesitate because the decision feels permanent.

It feels like making that one decision sends us into a cave with ever-narrowing tunnels.

Most self-development advice fails because it’s the wrong approach for your type.

I used to really struggle with procrastination.

I expected things to just work out, so I coasted.

It didn't work.

As an INFP, I realized procrastination isn’t laziness, it’s a values–comfort conflict.

The way out isn’t forcing motivation, it’s value alignment + tiny action
