I have used this exact same model for over a decade and they are absolutely fantastic as a 2 channel stereo speaker setup for PC or AUX input.
No subwoofer might be an issue for some, but the low range on these is pretty impressive for a bookshelf size speaker.

It can be tricky to give concrete recommendations on audio fidelity since quality is subjective, and difficult for both the customer and the retailer to articulate in words.
But, speakers have the most longevity of any PC component aside from the case itself. They are a long-term investment. 👍
