Just on the practical side, how long do you think you can wear this?
I ask because had a similar collar some years ago and could only wear it for a few hours before it began to bruise the collar bone. I wore it to a club in London once and regretted not taking the key with me. OK for short periods.

I tried the flat again this morning as I had unlocked to clean and shave. I enjoyed the sensation of the nub being squished, but only managed to keep it on for just over an hour before the pain became too intense. It really is a nasty thing.
