I feel like folks misunderstand what leads to dictatorships. people miseducated, inundated with feeds of information sounding close enough to fact that it avoids critique. News material designed to be boring but visceral, with overt bias, to discourage consumption to protect mental health.

Having an identity crisis over whether I actually want to celebrate my birthday and which response is the real one. Wanted to thank my sperm donor and also being poor for this one, because I legit feel fucked up over it.

I have tried so many times, but it is exceedingly difficult to put into words the experience of trying to be well adjusted and healthy when the world is not, especially as a person who deals with sometimes severe mental health issues.

Having a song that is both your favorite and also severely triggering is hard, because I had to immediately leave the venue because I wasn’t in the headspace to listen to it.

Watching Abilities live is an experience. Also loved that he snuck in a line from Eyedea. Sad that u don’t think a lot of people caught it, but still love to hear it.

There are, at most recent count, 3 official reasons, and a forth unofficial reason that I do not own a gun. The first three are depression, anxiety, and PTSD. The forth is good grouping.

So uh in case this wasn’t clear: laws are not magic words that bind the government. They’re just words on paper to be enforced at the pleasure of whoever feels they have the relative authority (and motivation) to enforce them on someone else

I would like to state that I have confirmed that in fact I would be happier in another country, because I have never had such a marked increase in suicidal ideation after having none for a week as when I returned. I’ve been back for a few days, and my mood just collapsed in only a few days.

While I love the idea that Ye deleted twitter because a woman absolutely destroyed him after he went on a crazed fatphobic rant, the reality that his management team probably finally got a hold of his phone long enough to delete it and replace it with candy crush is a likely reality.
