I mean it’s sort of amazing that the incoming US President has basically said he’s going to declare war on Denmark, annex Canada and rename bits of the globe to his liking and broadcast news is just rolling with it like he’s delivered a sombre and thoughtful policy announcement. Absolute insanity.

Ok, I’m up to date what’s going on in New Orleans as the news channel is determined to keep us posted with minute by minute banal commentary. I’m aware this is a horrific situation, but are there any other newsworthy stories? In the last hour 52 Palestinians have been killed by IDF. World shrugs.
