My god I’ve been cooking all night I’m eXHAUSTED but I made apple pie and cabbage eggplant curry and a basil-avocado sauce for the fish I had for dinnah (no pic of fish bc it’s just fish nothing fun). Also not pictured is sticky coconut oatmeal for breakfast!!!

Today I’m making fkn WANTONS!!! It’s absolutely chaotic and my first time plus my kitchen is way too small (counter space!!!) but not too bad honestly and they taste yummy

Today I made some ginger-tahini-peanut noodles with baked tofu and they slapped very bigly (hilarious carrot decor I know I had to try)

I haven’t signed on here in a minute but here are my latest creations: 1) these toasted rice paper kimbap type things? they were supposed to be crunchier 😭 2) torrijas (Spanish French toast, they look cray but are SO GOOD) 3) apple beetroot pie? idk what to call that it’s like a pie-donut
