I’ve definitely found it’s been a fairly subtle effect for me too- definitely felt more like a nudge towards eating a bit less.

My aim is to get down to maybe 90kg from the starting point of 109, but this might still take a while with some higher doses so we’ll see where I can get to there

Honestly it’s just been nice to find that there’s something that has worked for me a bit. I’m still needing to get into better gym and exercise habits but I walk a lot and it’s certainly enough to have a bit of an effect at least!
