The Nazi State for instance sacrificed its right to exist the second they started a genocide.

I’d argue no state has the “right” to exist. People do. If a state is acting in a way that threatens the wellbeing and stability of all then they forfeit whatever rights they have to maintain their state.

So it’s a natural part of the forging process, while tempering the material you will see the steel run through a cycle of colors. Blue just happens to be one of the more interesting.
