La mentalidad de crecimiento continuo es hiper tóxica en el mundo empresarial. Quiero decir, la panadería de Manolo, el Bar de la Juani o la Mercería Merche no creo que lleven 40 años funcionando por haber intentado hacerles la competencia a El Corte Inglés, sino por cuidar a una clientela fiel.
