There’s a skill in the skill tree of Dynasty Warriors Origins called Meat Perceiver and let me tell you… I know EXACTLY what to make of that, good sir/madame.

I am gonna go so hard on Monster Hunter Wilds and Civ 7 in February, y’all aren’t gonna see me out of my goblin cave the entire month.

Still recovering from oral surgery, but nothing a little Path of Exile 2 with my husband and the girls can’t fix.

On Black Friday I found out I have a cracked tooth that is infected, two wisdom teeth turned sideways pushing into my jawbone, and that I’d need oral surgery to deal with all this. I’ve been in some pretty intense pain since Friday morning. But hey, the painkillers and antibiotics are helping!

Played some Void Crew afternoon with my best friend Alex, and oh my word, what absolute fun. Very awesome co-op space roguelike. Utterly fantastic. Also, best voice chat system of any game I’ve ever played, period.

To get in the holiday spirit, I think I’m going to start drinking a lot of wine today and run that through Thanksgiving weekend. 😂

Sometimes these huge cargo ships are turned around by tugboats. A process that takes about 20 minutes and sometimes holds up the ferries that run between Oakland and San Francisco. Still, one of my favorites things to do in this new apartment is just sit out on the balcony and watch them do this.

Baby G is making sure to stay up to date on the happenings on the farm. Thank goodness for long plays of Stardew Valley to keep me company while I work. And the kitties too, of course.

Gloomy birthday, which is perfect! Cozy day of coffee and video games incoming! And, I’ve used my birthday wish to coerce my husband into finally playing Monster Hunter with me! 😂

My husband took me out for dinner tonight for my birthday (it’s tomorrow) and I am so full. I feel like I ate a bunch of popcorn seeds and they popped inside my stomach. Total food coma. 😴 🤤 On the other hand, the New York steak and friend zucchini was heavenly.

So, I’m playing through Fire Emblem Engage again. I think my thoughts are largely the same as before: Mechanically, the best Fire Emblem bar none. Characters? Eeeeehhhhh, I can do without the myriad of bond conversations about all the himbo muscles and the talk about licking them. 😂
