Nothing in our history has ever convinced me the US Military cares one wit about drug use in the US, nor has it ever. They use it as an opportunity to strike live targets. Would it not be more adult-like for them to stop these boats first to see if they are just fishing boats before blowing them up?

Oh, nature does indeed do resets. Floods, fires, earthquakes, comet strikes, even the whole planet being consumed by the sun is a reset, a loss of information. What you are talking about, though, is the most nefarious type of reset - maniacs deliberately wiping out entire peoples and cultures.

How can we learn from our mistakes when nature just keeps pushing the reset button?

Shows how little oaths actually mean to many people. Just words that they end with, "Yea, yea, whatever." It is a slap in the face to people who actually took them seriously.

It's not hard to see why he's happy about it. He only cares about his own personal interests and does not consider the effects his actions have on other people. For billionaires, people are here to be used. No sense of how mutual our survival and quality of life really is. He's a true sociopath.

The not so hidden cost of capitalism. They make, they sell and then walk away from the trash they created. They dump their waste onto the public and call it a day. What if companies were required to pay to clean up all the garbage and filth they spew into the environment from the products they make?

One of those tiny homes would have been a godsend when I had no home to live in for a time. What is wrong with billionaires that even this is too much for their greedy little hearts?

Why I do not trust our military to actually protect us. They play along right with this bullshit.

Our bigger enemy by far is the republican party that has no shame in its corruption. They are the party that attracts racists, fascists, Nazis, and the greediest, most selfish m'fers around who pollute our world for their gain. And their entire voter base goes along with this shit... because why?

45 years of democrats folding when there were key votes that would have saved this country from the austerity measures inflicted on us by republicans. I think the Democratic party deserves all the criticism it gets. We need an actual workers party, not more Reps run by lobbyists. But still...

I would agree except our police need training in policing too. Just my own belief that law enforcement should be focused on protecting our rights, not on being a bad-ass tough guy who gets off from bossing people around. ICE is in the business of human trafficking. That shit just needs to stop.

Every government regulation is what stands between us and exploitation. Free market capitalism sounds nice but a peak under the hood shows it is just the capitalist way of paying less for labor and resources and being able to pollute this world with impunity.
