Trump posted a video of “King Trump” flying a jet over an American city and dumping excrement on the people below. Hard to imagine a more fitting metaphor for his presidency — though I’m sure the irony is lost on him.

No more endless wars. No more presidents bypassing Congress.

President Trump just launched strikes on Iran’s nuclear sites without approval from Congress—and that’s not how our system is supposed to work.
Just a moment...
Verifying you are human. This may take a few seconds.

Religion isn't just outdated, it's a weapon. It's being used to justify war crimes, strip away women's rights, fuel homophobia, and silence dissent. Politicians hide behind scripture while violating every value they claim to uphold. It's not about faith, it's about power, and people are dying for it

We've come full circle—trying to justify military action to stop a Middle Eastern country from obtaining WMDs. We've been here before. It ended in disaster. Don’t let history repeat itself.

I joined the federal workforce because I believe in public service—not personal loyalty to any one president. Now, the Trump administration has proposed requiring job applicants to write essays affirming their commitment to his priorities. (politico.com)

Modern Christianity is wanting the comfort of feeling like a good person without the discomfort of actually changing your behavior. It’s about claiming grace without practicing growth. All the appearance of righteousness with none of the reflection or responsibility.

Calculators didn’t replace mathematicians. Spell check didn’t replace editors. Machine translation didn’t replace translators.

AI won’t replace software developers either. But like other technological advancements before it, it will reduce errors, boost efficiency, and help us build great software.

The President is negotiating with Qatar—a foreign monarchy—to use a luxury jumbo jet as Air Force One, with plans to donate it to his presidential library.

This isn’t diplomacy. It’s a foreign government compromising the President with gifts.

And his supporters and the GOP are letting it happen.

Trump is considering suspending habeas corpus — the constitutional right that protects you from being jailed without charges or a trial. This isn't just legal jargon; it's a direct threat to your freedom. www.bbc.com/news/article...

When are all the people with 'We the People' tattoos going to speak out against the clear constitutional violations happening under this administration? If you believe in the founding principles, now’s the time to say something.

The more I’ve seen how religious people behave—especially the ones who make the biggest show of their faith—the more I’ve been pushed away from religion entirely. I used to think it was about compassion and integrity, but now I mostly see hypocrisy, judgment, and blind allegiance to power.
Roughly 3 months into President Donald Trump’s 2nd term, White evangelical Protestants continue to be among his strongest supporters:

72% job approval
69% rate Trump officials’ ethics as excellent or good
57% say they trust what Trump says more than previous presidents

White evangelicals continue to stand out in their support for Trump
Most White evangelicals (72%) say they approve of how Trump is doing as president. Other religious groups are more divided or disapprove.

Congratulations to Canada for electing leaders who champion liberal values and refuse to bow to authoritarian bullying—whether it comes from Trump or anyone else.

In a time when democracy is under threat around the world, Canada is setting an example: (1/2)

Funny how the “small government, pro-liberty” crowd suddenly loves big government when it’s used to crush local control, expand surveillance, and give the feds power to override civil rights protections.

You don’t get to chant freedom while cheering on a militarized police state.

Having religion doesn’t make a society safer. The most peaceful countries—like Sweden, Japan, and New Zealand—are among the least religious. Meanwhile, many deeply religious nations face high levels of violence, poverty, and instability. Safety comes from strong institutions—not belief in a deity.

I’m less shocked by what this administration is doing than by how many people I know are still okay with it.

You can’t claim to care about justice, the rule of law, individual rights, or the Constitution while defending those who trample them. Values aren’t just words—they're choices.
April 20, 2025 at 6:29 PM
Where are all the self-proclaimed patriots who say they love the Constitution? Where are the defenders of liberty now that we're seeing authoritarian overreach, political targeting, and violations of due process? If you believe in freedom, this is the moment to speak up—not stay silent.

Market fluctuations? Smart investors stay diversified, maintain proper asset allocation, and rebalance periodically — not emotionally. The most effective strategy? Automatic investing, long-term focus, and ignoring short-term noise. Set it and forget it. Don’t let emotions drive financial decisions.

From an operational security perspective, this is the highest level of fuckup imaginable. These people cannot keep America safe.
The Trump Administration Accidentally Texted Me Its War Plans
U.S. national-security leaders included me in a group chat about upcoming military strikes in Yemen. I didn’t think it could be real. Then the bombs started falling.

Wild how a few damaged electric cars can spark more outrage than the constant school shootings we've become numb to. This administration will politicize anything to protect billionaires and their property—but not the average American and their families.

I've always found it interesting how often those who are the most vocal about their faith struggle the most with living by its principles. True character isn’t in public displays—it’s in private actions.
