I just watched this guy pull into the "tiny parking spot" at the top of the stairway down to the lower level. Nearly half of the parking lot is empty, so there was no reason other than excessive stupidity. I almost honked, but you don't mess with stupidity; it usually just makes them angry.

I pass this Christmas display whenever I go for a walk in my neighborhood. Finally took a picture of it today.
