Great advice here. Been freelance for two decades now and not doing what the others here said got me in some binds over the years.
Mentally, prep for the rollercoaster. Freelance comes in waves and the down cycles can be brutal emotionally. Try to use that time for personal work and enjoy it.

Tried watching that one and couldn’t do it. Switched to Grand Prix which was much better.
