My hope is each get their own time to shine but to tackle them independently. It’s a lot of work and takes a lot out of one person. But its my intention to complete both of these stories regardless of what happens, and release them. Hope that makes sense and will keep making art till then!

So important thing to mention, I’d like to finish the story for Knight of Nothing. Its been a few years and can finally sit down with it again. What this also means is that Port may take some time as well. Id like to do a kickstart at some point for Port films, but thats like a third job.

Almost as if every time me and my peers yelled about diverse story telling and adding more consequences / linear narratives into serialized formats was valid! Crazy! And somehow they still have made little effort to even try, despite the success of the limited series they have done.

People want a fast pass to success today, ignoring the steps that need to be taken. They dont take the time to learn those first and dive in thinking they will be like other successes but end up falling apart because they think development is easier than it actually is. Its ok to take time and learn

Taking time, gathering experience working in animation to know the dos and don’ts, showing you have the budget / resources, whether its from a kickstart, or savings etc.
not volunteer or pay “down the road as time goes”.

Its ok to make things yourself to learn, but dragging others isnt.

I'm not quite sure what you are trying to say, but much of hazbins pilot was funded through Vivzies patreon. people knew her work prior. This is about people trying to shove multiple shows in "Development" despite not having the resources to do so. people are being irresponsible to a new degree.

Please god no! its so painfully clear just how dangerous these things are to people and artists that are popping up like wild flowers and from people who are so green in this industry. It’s actually insane.
It needs to be said and it needs to be stopped before people get seriously hurt.

Cool bug facts! Whenever you see “indie animation studios” announce multiple shows and series being made without any prior establishment, budget, or income to put into it (and i mean big income) odds are they wont see the light of day and is a scam for free labor and piggybacking off others work!

Oh im well aware haha, I just wanted a glimmer of hope of a monkeys paw that was overlooked, there are plenty of things that need fixing in animation and this dude would NEVER intentionally lead to any of it lol.
