Contempt of the US-Senate is a criminal offence, but Bondi is the head of the DOJ, which decides who to prosecute for criminal contempt of the Senate. This is why she so easily-perjured herself and refused to answer specific questions, etc. A possible recourse is the ICC, but not valid in the USA.
