Just did a Chernobyl rewatch, and it's so incredible. Been waiting for him to top it, and it seems like I'm gonna keep waiting.

Yes! Still in the first area, just getting a few veggies, and barely enough space to hold them, but I've definitely seen multiple paths possible for objectives. So far I've found 3 diff veggies, and they are super useful for jumps etc. Storage is limited to avoid exploiting it too much early on

It doesn't leverage any retro nostalgia. It looks modern and clean. I just hit a town area with lots of NPCs, so it feels real and lived in. Also recently played Smushi Come Home, A Short Hike, and just a bit of Penny's Big Breakaway. Hop moves as well as Penny and Hat Kid! Again, very modern/snappy

It doesn't leverage any retro nostalgia. It looks modern and clean. I just hit a town area with lots of NPCs, so it feels real and lived in. Compared to Yooka Replaylee, A Hat in Time (the only other thing I've backed on Kickstarter) and Cavern of Dreams. I've played others I can't think of rn. BH feels more polished than Yooka and Cavern. Right up there with A Hat in Time. And it's big! Areas are open and unrestricted like Mario Odyssey
