I don't normally get into #Eurovision until closer to the final, but loving the UK entry this year!

Waiting for exams results is just what I needed to add a little sprinkling of spice onto an already busy morning full of meetings.

I had a bit of a realisation yesterday with a bit of help from a friend.

I'm going to start loving my body for what it is, rather than hating it for what it isn't.

I'll probably still diet with a goal to lose weight, but it's now to ensure that my body is healthy rather than attractive.

I lover Gavin and Stacey when it was on, and I was so excited for the last Christmas episode and I've not been at all excited for this one and I've just realised why.
I was so disappointed that they used the F***** slur that it's tarnished the whole series for me.

I watched 28 Days Later when I was far too young and it gave me nightmares.
I watched the trailer for 28 Years Later yesterday and I'm having anxieties again.
