There are some great lessons from the WA election with the Greens and independents picking up as much of the swing against Labor as the Liberals did.

When governments underfund essential services like public schools they shift costs onto struggling families, which exposes them to predatory lenders like this.
In a wealthy country like ours, everyone should be able to afford the basics. Public school should be truly free.
