Mom of 4 adults. Have 3 dogs of different breeds and a cat. I like reading, photography, cooking, knitting, art, and learning to sew. From AK and live in the Midwest.
We have our big dog and another small dog but I’m saying I don’t want another pet because we treat our pets as family and live every day life with our pets and it’s so painful to lose a pet.

We have to put our 15 yr old girl down. She is very sick. It’s so painful and I especially feel sorry for one of my sons as she slept next to him since he was 5 yrs old and now he is 21 and my sons unborn baby is due on our girls birthday.

Gained so much weight since Thanksgiving! Waiting for my family to move the elliptical to a different place in the house.

If I had the free time to practice art all day I would. Didn't start doing art till I turned 44. Sending my art of the bluffs to Alaska tomorrow. The second picture I was frustrated with the paper-not my cup of tea.

I hope Coast Guard Alaska and Alaska National Guard are getting paid while on duty at Kipnuk and Kwig. Thankful for our Coast Guard and National Guard always coming to the rescue.

The big need for folks is going to be winter gear - coats, snopants, boots, etc. and don't forget the kids too.
Remember, many many families lost EVERYTHING.

My son and the mom to his baby are having a gender reveal this weekend. I'm excited! Mom wants a boy but her mom said a girl would be good for me-grandma since I only have boys. I will be happy with boy or girl.

I'm watching Alaskan youtube videos. A guy is videoing his trip to St Lawrence Island, Alaska. He was told that a big bone on the beach is a stegasorous. He asked what is a stegasourous. A dinosaur. It really was not a dinosaur but he believed it for a minute.
