Added more soil to my pepper "snail rolls". The seedlings are about 5 weeks old, sturdy stems and healthy root systems. I'm really liking the compactness of this growing system. 🌱

Anybody else winter sowing? Great way to start seeds that require cold stratification as well as some vegetables like asparagus and even tomatoes! 🌱

8 days and most of my snail rolls of hot peppers are sprouting!! I can't recall them ever sprouting that quickly!
