Looks wonderful.

I’m doing marinara tomorrow w/ chicken parmesan, except the sauce will end up like a puttanesca adding onions, red bell pepper, mushrooms, kalamata olives, toms & some anchovy paste, stretching out a partial jar of marinara.

My deep fryer stopped working, so I’ll have to pan fry.

It’s been a long time since I made bread. I admire how frequently you do it.

I am planning to make some pizza dough in the next couple days. I have some 00 flour that’s getting old and needs to be used.

Not long ago I pulled some Bolognese from the freezer and we ate it with garlic bread only, no pasta.

These days I’m making extra Bolognese and chili and freezing it.

I’ve been recommending the new Commander’s stadium opening in 2030 be called the Joseph R. Biden Jr. Stadium. The announcement hopefully out soon.

Apologies for forgetting the subtitles. It’s late and I’m tired.

Guy’s name was Lee George, by the late 1980’s I called him Stagger Lee. Must have been something to do with the music I started listening to.

Summer 81 or 82 in Northern VA. I lived with grandparents, but was staying with my mom while working summer jobs. I don’t have a strong memory of which instance was the first but it happened more than once that summer. And I know who I was with, someone I haven’t seen in nearly 40 years.

Presents me with a dilemma on watching tomorrow. I’ll be at the wife’s nephew’s house and he has 4 young children, so me reacting to them showing the orange menace won’t be rated G.

My wife occasionally suggests getting something at Target, and I gently steer her elsewhere and frequently it’s Costco.

She’s apolitical.

I saw it once on I95 in Virginia a couple years ago. Whoever was driving had his foot hard on the pedal and passed me doing more than 80.
