good initiative but... "Note that accepted authors should still plan to present their papers at NeurIPS, with an additional presentation at EurIPS if desired"

nothing screams "inclusion" than: "congrats on your paper, now register twice" - who is this for? people that can teleport or rich labs?

on top of this, i think we are conveying a message to new students etc. that reviewing is a burden but when it works (e.g. you get papers in your expertise), it's awesome (imo)
