I thought judicial reviews were a vital safeguard to ensure planning decisions were made in accordance with the law, not "to prevent land being taken from our back yard".

I'm amazed they even kept the Kennedy name there at all. I wouldn't hold my breath though.

In France, the asking price for a house has legal status. If a buyer makes a formal offer at the full advertised price, the seller is legally bound to accept that offer. Can we not have a similar law here?
