Actually the entire Dallas Cowboys team knelt for the National Anthem. Again each team handled the situation individually. As for Kaepernick, he was a starter but many teams didn’t feel he was that good and other teams probably wanted to avoid the controversy altogether.

Actually the decision to honor Kirk was left up to the team owners who act independently. Many teams didn’t honor him. Arguably the only player “kicked out” for kneeling was Colin Kaepernick. Again that was a decision of an individual owner.

The NFL is not a political organization. Nor are they owned or controlled by Trump. Politics of the fanbase varies by team and location. There are some very liberal fan bases in more liberal areas like New England, Los Angeles, Philly, New York. Amazingly we are not a monolith in the U.S. Go figure

Check out Matthew 24:21 through 24:29 where Jesus mentions the tribulation in relation to his return. My point though is the rapture crowd believes they get to skip the tribulation while the rest of us have to suffer through it. Jesus never said that.
