I always use special relativity as a counter example to heros, as allegedly even Einstein said it was "ripe for discovery". To me, the proposition of spin soubded so outlandish, it might have taken decades for someone else to pull it off, but I'm no historian 😅

In large parts of Switzerland it's almost rude to call someone by their actual name. A friend didn't even know my real name after several year of highschool in the same class and was very confused when meeting my parents speaking about some Philipp 🤷

At least some lens replacements after cataract surgery make it harder to read bright letters on dark backgrounds than dark letters on bright backgrounds.
