C'est épeurant parfois, comment cette division se fait sentir sur FB. P. ex., dans les commentaires de la page FB de l'arrondissement du Plateau, c'est la guerre contre les cyclistes (omg on croirerait que les cyclistes sont des tueurs de bébés!!!), les migrants, les jeunes, les queers, etc. etc.

So clearly the solution is all-genders-together hockey and maximum violence. I want chirps, I want blood, I want yearning! And a hockey game is fine too.

When Leif and I went and watched the Stars play (back when they were still the Stars) I left a single game enthralled, with a million headcanons about ships between the players (AND TURNS OUT I WAS RIGHT WHEN TWO PLAYERS MARRIED EACH OTHER A FEW YEARS LATER) and like... men's hockey could never.

I know the two people currently running it are really really invested in making the store succeed, and I have had luck in the past emailing them directly and asking if they are able to get their hands on out of print/rare stuff for me. So worth checking in with them by email if you can!

Out of curiosity where did you find the information backing up the third point? I have been looking for similar info and honestly I am having a hard time finding concrete data in Québec because our public orgs are falling apart+succumbing to political pressure to ignore C19

Having flashbacks to like... this old (I think?) Catradora university AU fanfic where the resolution of the fic hinged upon the student TAs organizing against the profs who were abusing them, and like, I thought that was a brilliant way of teaching students about their own labour power.
