I don’t remember any fancy names for the plow trucks, maybe that became more of a trend later, but I have a childhood memory of watching a plow barrel down Belmont avenue with a cabbage patch doll zip tied to the grill

I’m not the biggest fan of lemon but I like to add a bit of rosemary and somehow that converts the flavor into something magical
